ENERGY AUDIT
An energy audit is a necessary step in a successful energy management plan. The audit’s analysis provides the information we need to make investment assessments and work towards incentive programs. ASHRAE standards should be used in the energy audit and include a benchmarking analysis utilizing the EPA’s Portfolio Manager. This is required for various city and state energy benchmarking and disclosure ordinances.
